Magnets
- First start with the KWL chart (could be done on chart paper) and fill in the K and W before teaching anything about magnets. This also helps you pre-assess your students so that you know what they know, what their misconceptions are, and what you need to teach.
- There are vocabulary words with pictures and words.
- You'll find some videos to watch using YouTube.
- When you see an arrow that says pull, pull it down to see more.
- You will be able to talk with your students about how magnets are used in today's world as well as have them discover what things are attracted or not attracted to magnets.
- Have students come up to the board to sort the objects on the 10th slide.
- Enjoy!
